1. Acceptance of Terms
Access to Camber is conditioned on acceptance of this agreement. Opening an account, browsing the platform, uploading content, or otherwise interacting with the application indicates that you understand these rules and agree to follow them.
Anyone who does not wish to be subject to these Terms of Service should discontinue access immediately. This document is legally enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
2. Service Description
Camber provides a digital environment where users may share photographs, discover images posted by others, and organize selected content into a personal collection. The application is built around visual social interaction and curated atmosphere-driven content.
From time to time, features may be added, revised, limited, or removed. Availability may also be interrupted for maintenance, technical reasons, security concerns, or business decisions. Camber is not promised as a permanently available or error-free service.
3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Use of the platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using Camber, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
All users are expected to act responsibly and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:
- posting, transmitting, or engaging in unlawful activity through the application;
- harassing, threatening, impersonating, or exploiting other users;
- introducing malicious code, scripts, bots, or other harmful technologies;
- attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- using the platform in a manner that interferes with normal operation or safety.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or credentials. If conduct violates these Terms or creates risk for users, Camber, or third parties, access may be restricted, suspended, or ended.
4. Intellectual Property
The application itself, including its design, software, branding, text, layout, and underlying technology, remains the property of its developer or applicable licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the platform to any user.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission is granted for personal use of the application in accordance with this agreement. Except where the law clearly permits otherwise, users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the application or its protected elements.
5. Disclaimer
Camber is made available on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. No promise is made that the service will meet every expectation, operate without interruption, remain secure at all times, or be free from defects, inaccuracies, or delays.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, all express, implied, and statutory warranties are disclaimed, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Your decision to use the application is made at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Camber and its operator will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your access to, inability to access, or use of the application.
This limitation applies whether the claim relates to lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost data, device issues, interruptions in availability, reputational harm, or other commercial or personal losses, even if the possibility of such damages was known or reasonably foreseeable.
7. Account Termination
Access to the platform may be suspended or ended at any time if conduct appears inconsistent with these Terms, creates legal exposure, threatens other users, or harms the integrity of the service. In appropriate cases, action may be taken without advance warning.
You may also stop using Camber whenever you choose. Ending use of the service does not automatically remove rights, obligations, or limitations that by their nature should remain in effect after termination.
8. Terms Modification
This agreement may be revised as the application evolves, legal requirements shift, or operational needs change. When updates are published, the revised version becomes the governing set of terms from its stated effective date.
Ongoing access to Camber after revised terms are posted signals acceptance of the updated conditions. For that reason, users should check this page from time to time and remain informed about the current version.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction selected by the operator of Camber, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another legal system.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy connected with the application or this agreement should first be raised informally through the contact information below in an effort to seek practical resolution. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it shall be handled in the courts or dispute-resolution forum that the operator may lawfully designate under applicable law.
